„Sitalk – Historical Reconstructions“ Association is devoted to the popularization and acquaintance with the history of the lands of Bulgaria and the region. Driven by our interest in history, we reconstruct and demonstrate ancient customs, rituals, cuisine, martial arts, or simply moments in the lives of our ancestors. Through searching and studying artifacts, written sources and images, we reconstruct clothes, weapons and objects used by people living in these lands in the past – from the Thracians through the Middle Ages to the Bulgarian Revival.
We organize and take part in meetings, seminars, fairs, historical reenactments, trainings and other public events on the territory of Bulgaria and abroad, thus trying to promote the Bulgarian historical and cultural heritage. „Sitalk – Historical Reconstructions“ Association is open to cooperation with other similar organizations, specialists and connoisseurs. We are willing to help within our powers for carrying out your activities, events or ideas.
